Replacement bathroom window

Recently shattered the outer layer of the upper half of the bathroom window on our 03 Pace
Arrow (don't ask how). The RV tech has spent a few hours trying to find another window but to no avail. With the FW bankruptcy he can't get a response from the company.

Apparently the window has to be replaced as one piece, frame and glass together. You can't just replace the upper glass.

Does anybody know where to buy a complete window since the factory is not cooperating?

Also, does anyone know of a way to disassemble the frame to replace the glass without bending the frame? The tech says the frame is rivited together with the glass siliconed in place. Apparently trying to de-rivit and then trying to remove the silicone enough to get the glass out destroys the aluminum frame.

Fleetwood claims to be answering the phones and selling parts, but the windows come from a window supplier anyway. The logo of the window maker should be in the corner of the window and another distributor ought to be able to supply a replacement. But Fleetwood used a lot of SEGI glass in those years and they dropped out of the RV supply business after a lot of warranty claims.

A good window shop can repair your window, but an RV dealer will just replace the whole thing. Try Suncoast Design Center in
Hudson Fl. They specialize in RV windows. Jeff Heyen is the guy to contact. 727-868-2773.
