Replacement jack spring

1997 Southwind Storm. Chevy chassis.
What brand are the hydraulic leveling jacks? We were sitting today with the jacks down. Bang. One of the springs breaks. Has anyone replaced these. If they are power Jack brand, then E-trailer dot com has them.

Does the jack control panel have the brand name on it?

On my 98 Fleetwood, I have Power Gear levelers. I replaced one of my springs just this past October. My spring was not broken but it was not pulling my jack back up completely. On my MH I had to remove the entire jack to remove the spring because I could not get the bolt out that was holding the spring in place. Yours may be different but I doubt it. A rather challenging task for this ol' gator for sure. It can be done but??? Took me right at 3 hours!

If it was ordered from Fleetwood with jacks, They will be power gear. If you can get to the top bolt in the spring bracket, All you have to do is run the bolt out and the spring will fall out.
