Replacement Windshield Fans

One of my windshield fans died recently, and I have been searching for a replacement. So far I haven't had much luck. The existing fans don't have any identifying info such as a manufacturer name and part number. And it seems that these fans are called by many different names. So far my google searching hasn't come up with anything usable.

So, I am hoping someone here has a source for these 12v 2 speed fans.

Thanks!

I replaced one of my fans that was so noisy you couldn't hear. That was 3 years ago and I have never used them since. I was thinking of removing both and maybe installing a dash cam on one switch and my ipad GPS on the other.

My suggestion would be to go to bus or truck supply businesses. I got large bus sun shades that are used in busses and they also had the fans.

I bought an exact replacement from Camping World of all places. Was like $25.

Large truck stops are also known to carry the fans.

Mine was screeching. Took it apart and applied a little 3-in-one oil to both sides of the motor. It now works like a champ. 11 years old.

Why would it be quieter? Short answer....No. For those that expect a small sized fan like this to be quiet are reaching out. LOL
