Boaught a used 2005 Bounder and I see a few places where the vinyl on the roof meets fiberglass and the caulking in these areas needs to be replaced. Any suggestions?

Do what many of us are doing and tape your seams all around with Etherbond tape.
http://www.eternabond.com/

Its easy to do and really stays in place.

I just clean with a solvent and put it down. Does not even take much cleaning. I have had it on three years and looks just like the day I put it on.

The original caulking is 'self leveling compound' and if you scrape off any loose caulking and clean what is left with only a slightly damp with solvent cloth, you can re-apply the same caulking, and well done, will look just like new. Do not saturate the rubber or Royal Tuff roof or the caulking with solvent. Eternabond tape has a place but the self leveling compound is the neatest. It is available at any RV store. Not recaulking a newer coach will result in potential loss of warranty from leaks, like delamination or water damage. Regular maintenance is definitely essential.
