Roof on my 2006 Fleetwood Excursion

Is it TPO or EPDM? I'm thinking TPO. If so, any tips on maintenance and sealing/re-sealing? Thanks!

I can't tell you by model, but if it's chalky, it's EPDM. If it's like vinyl and textured, it's TPO. I guess it could be PVC which is smooth and not chalky. Then there's fiberglass, which is obvious.

TPO doesn't require much work other than washing to keep dirt from running onto the sides of the RV. The sealant around fixtures needs either a seam tape or self leveling sealant.

If it's smooth, it's EPDM. If it's more like an orange peel, it's TPO. We just clean ours with Spic N Span. Dicor for sealing leaks, or around the skylights, antenna.

There is great need for a sarcasm font.

It's TPO. FW started using TPO a few years before yours. I was advised to use Murphy's Oil Soap. It does a great job. I added a few oz's of blue dawn dish soap for good measured when it was dirtier than usual .

Seal with Dicor Lap Sealant in tube form.
It's great for TPO, EPDM and fiberglass roofs.
This info should be in your original Fleetwood packet which also states to inspect and reseal annually.
