RV covers

Traveled to Portland OR for the week and was planning on getting a cover while up here. Took off and forgot to measure it. It is a 40ft American Eagle. Does anybody have the actual length with the ladder/height,and width. Would like to get one while we are up here(cheaper and no shipping) Also if anybody has a coach with one, what brand is it? Climate can get cold and windy with snow so need something that would hold up. Thanks

Our RV isn't a Fleetwood, but don't see any replies yet...

We surely will be in the minority once there are replies...yes, we cover the RV.
Why the minority? Just a quick look around our RV storage will show, folks do not use covers because Class A covers are big and heavy and difficult to install and remove. But the alternative is damage from the elements.

We install the cover anytime the RV will sit over 3-4 weeks without moving, because the sun is so intense in these parts that it will cook the finish and the soft parts (TPO roof, caulking, seals, etc.).
Having said that, covered storage IS BEST, but too expensive in SoCal for our wallet.

See here for what we found about covers:

See here for pics of our 37' RV with the cover installed:

Fitment is easy since the covers come in bands of lengths...just pick the size cover that is the same length or slightly longer than the RV.

Best luck

Covered storage can be expensive...but worth every penny.
