Slide height adjust for 2010+ living room

Just got back from 6k trip, post flight inspection showed some damage to the bottom of slide skin. Found many loose parts to the dual rail slide hardware, (mainly on the aft rail) including one roller that came completely off the channel, and fell out the motor access hole when I removed the cover. This is a finished floor mount system that is all inside the coach. The motor is in the center of the slide, and the steel mount bracket is what's dragging on the bottom skin, just a 16th or so from the motor it self hitting. I was able to get everything back together and tightened up, thinking that was going to somehow raise the room back up to the correct height. NOT, Still dragging. Actually tightening everything up, seemed to pull the room downward, and dragging worse. (I didn't notice any problems on the road, probably extended it 30 or more times in 6 weeks). Fleetwood is good with supplying prints, but wont or cant give any tech advice, saying, 'we suggest you take it an authorized dealer'. The slide hardware is made by Lippert Power Gear, and they seem to really want to help you, but they cant seem to figure out what model this particular hardware is. From the prints FW has sent me, it looks like this was about 2010 and newer. I also just watched (another) youtube that said Lippert just acquired PowerGear. (don't know how old that youtube was). I haven't seen any posts with this particular hardward. Most of the forum posts had good pictures and show the adjustment bolts of earlier models. I can not find anything that would raise the room, short of making spacers between the rails and room. Any help? Thank You

This is an issue I have been fighting for 2 years on my Storm. I had a dealer attempt a repair but they did not follow Lippert's advise to use Blue Loctite on the roller nuts. Halfway through our 10K+ trip one roller fell out and several others were very loose. I was able to reinstall the roller with a spare I happen to have with a lock nut and Loctite. No issues with it since. Others needed periodic tightening for the rest of our trip. The Teflon rollers are very loose but I have found no way to tighten them. I have read that Lippert advised replacing them with the metal rollers. This system is way under engineered and Lippert/Fleetwood are no help but to tell you to "take it to your dealer". Good luck.

The slide is mounted on 3 channels doesn't scrape unless it comes off the rollers.
