slide out mechanism override?

Hello IRV2 Fans. I need help finding the slide out mechanism for a 1997 Fleetwood Southwind to override it as I think the motor has died. I only hear clicks. Please see my situation at:

It took hours to find the service bulletin and after following it to the T, it didn't budge; however, after putting things back together, it went it on its own . Below, please find the instructions from the bulletin.
