Slide roller adjustment procedure?

I have a 2016 Flair 29T with the large drivers side kitchen slide. Been having some problems with the slide moving properly and noticed some wear marks in the bottom of the slide from the rollers, worse at the rear end of the slide. Anyone have directions on how to adjust the rollers so the slide is at the proper height? I have the powergear slimrack in wall system.

TIA, Jeff

I don't have that exact same slide. Mine is a 26E with a small kitchen slide that has 3 rollers.

I installed "slide ramps" underneath the slide for the two outside rollers to run on. Then adjusted the center roller up until it was snug.

Gain access under the slide by removing trim and you will see the adjustment bolt.

I think slide ramps are a critical upgrade if you don't have them already.

My slide has either 8 or 10 rollers, arranged in 4 or 5 pairs, one at the edge of the opening and a second about 18" in from the edge. (I pulled the trim and looked at them yesterday, just can't remember the exact number).

Not sure what you mean by ramps but I was thinking of installing 12x24x.125 aluminum on the underside of the slide so the rollers would have a hard, flat surface to run on.

What I am not sure of is how to tell if the slide is at the proper height and not causing excessive drag on the motors.

12x24x.125 aluminum is exactly what a slide ramp is.

With the slide out; go outside and pull at the bottom seal. Look for even spacing and what you think would be the normal height for the seal to function.

The slide being uneven might be your problem with the motor syncing. Just a guess.

I think putting in the ramps and adjusting the rollers is the next step and holds the most promise in getting the slide working properly. Now to find a local source for the ramp material.

Thanks
