I had my slides out today doing some domestic coach chores and walked around the outside of the coach, looked closely at the seals.

It appears areas of the seals are completely smashed in. Especially along the bottom of the slides. The sides look good, still in a circular and resiliant shape. But the bottoms look grungy and completely flat.

How do those seals come out? Can they be replaced without having to replace it all the way around? How are they secured? Glue? Track?

I noticed about 6" of seal loose on the top right (looking at it) inside bedroom seal when I had it extended. Coincidentally, this is the same piece that was loose when I took delivery that they supposedly fixed. Is it just glued or what?

If you don't see a track,then it's glued.
