That goes away in a little bit. They get smaller as you get used to it.

Isn't that the truth!

We bought a 2012 Hurricane 30q (no slides) about 3 1/2 months ago. We thought "this is perfect for our family of 4, it's nice to not have to worry about slide issues". After 4 trips now we are looking at a new 2017 Bounder 35k. LOL

It's amazing how the size changes after a few trips.

In 1988 we bought a new 17' Type B Okanagan MH. Used it for a daily driver for a few years. Finally traded it in for a 24' Type C MH in 1997. We had two dogs and they took up the couch in the Okanagan so we were forced to get a bigger rig.
And frankly we had as much fun in the Okanagan as we do in the much larger/far more expensive rig we now have.
