we have a new 2008 Southwind 36D. the gray tank drains "very" slow. dealer says that since the tank is in the center of the coach and has a long way to go...fairly flat drain angle. anyone have a similar issue. dealer says they can't do anything, they said i may have to use the jacks to elavate the passenger side of the coach to help increase the angle to drain faster???

Raise the right side to hasten the drain;I have to do so on my 37C Southwind.Judging from the sounds that I hear during the draining process, the vent pipe from the roof probably extends too far down into the tank and is just clearing the bottom of the tank and not really allowing a good(low resistance)vent.Just another item that I have to live with in this coach.

My gray water drains slower than the black water...smaller diameter pipe but it's just slow from design I'm guessing.
