This is Sullivans... Closest thing to a Fleetwood factory store you'll find.

Sullivan RV is in Decatur, IN very near the Fleetwood Parts Warehouse. They can get you any Fleetwood part in no time at all and in my experience they are very helpful folks to do business with.

If you call Fleetwood Customer Service and ask for Parts, they will sell you Fleetwood Parts, and ship direct to you. No dealer required!

Jack... is this something that's recently changed? Although I haven't called Fleetwood Customer Service for over a year, the last time I did they said I must go through a dealer.

Yes, it is a new service provided by Fleetwood and although I haven't needed to test it, our members advise that it works well. It won't give you the discount prices you might get elsewhere. but it should help get things moving, without the added step of using a dealer. It is a sign of the times.

Just talked to Fleetwood yesterday and found out that they do sell direct now. Fleetwood wouldn't say whether there priceing is better or not.

Recently, my screen door push lock/opener broke (small pin inside actually broke), ordered a replacement door opener complete from Sullivan RV, $20 including shipping, just replaced the pin and keeping the rest of the assembly as spare parts. (never found the pin for sale by itself)

Soon after, I ordered a wardrobe door frame from Fleetwood (mine was cracked when I bought it from swinging open during travel, I presume), frame was in stock and arrived quickly, but was broken in the box, no visible damage to the box.

Now Fleetwood wanted pictures (which I took and emailed them), and now they are replacing it but no more in stock, so they say a week and I'll have it, cost $70.00, and I just checked my CC info online...$30 added for shipping...STEEP, especially when it arrives broken...

I'm being a little cautious with Sullivan RV and Fleetwood. In one of my other post I discussed problems with my leveling system made by Power Gear. Long story short bought the whole new power unit from Sullivan $1800.00. They indicated that they got it from Fleetwood. End result it quit on me again and after getting it out of the Coach and apart. Found that it was not a new unit but something cobbled together and was missing parts internally. And I' am positive that neither Sullivan nor Fleetwood will accept responsibility.

Have you asked them or are you just assuming?
