Spare Parts?

Hello All:

I'm excited to have found this forum. I have purchased a '91 Fleetwood Southwind (36-foot) and I have two parts I am totally unable to find:

(1) A cabinet support hinge for overhead cabinets. I've been to Home Depot and Lowe's, and they have some similar products, but nothing that fits.

(2) I have this circular window opener in three windows. One of them isbroken, which means every time I want to open the window, I have to remove one of the working ones with a screwdriver and then re-attach it to the window. I've been to a bunch of RV shops and nobody seems to know where I can find one.

Below are pictures.

Thanks,

sjkted

Can you tell what brand the window is? Likely an Hehr on that vintage - look for the name and emblem on the glass itself. A Hehr distributor night be able to source the window part. Failing that, try a place that handles mobile home parts, or hardware store in an area with lots of mobile homes. That sort of hardware is more common there than Lowes or Depot.

For the cabinet support, try this one on for size. It's at Sullivan RV, a friendly Fleetwood dealer with a great parts store:

Sullivan might be able to find your window crank too.

Wow. That really does look like the cabinet support I need. I'm contacting Sullivan on the window crank. If they don't have it, I have access to the RV in storage next week and can post the window details.

Thanks,

sjkted

I'm impressed. I just called Sullivan's and they have both items in stock. I actually ordered extras for the future because their prices are so reasonable. Thanks again for your help!

Glad it worked out for you. Sullivan's is a good store for Fleetwood parts, run by helpful people. Plus, they are located in Decatur, right near the Fleetwood plant and parts warehouse.
