Starting Battery

I have a 2006 Fleetwood Revolution LE. My coach starting battery/batteries have given up the ghost. A call to customer service did not help me find out which of the six 12 volt batteries are the "starting batteries". Does anybody here know which of the six are the starting batteries. The layout is 4 batteries side to side at the front of the battery tray and the back two are end to end. Thanks for any help or advice.

Starting batteries should be different from the house batteries. Are all six of your batteries the same, all starting or all deep cycle? Starting batteries are designed to deliver a lot of power quickly, but wear out quickly if they are frequently run down, or "Deep Cycled". Deep cycle batteries are designed to deliver lower amps over a longer time, and accept deep cycling.

Further, four of the six should be wired together to provide for the house, while the other two should be wired together to provide for the chassis. The two batteries wired together are your starting batteries.

Ok, you should have 2 starting and 4 house batteries and unless someone took it off there should be a diagram inside in bay door. If not on mine the far right battery sitting longways from side to side and the one behind it are starting batteries. Another way is to use a voltage tester and find the 2 dead ones.
