This is the 2nd Southwind with the Ford Chassis and the wheel is way out of center.The dealer said it is not fixable???

By out of center are you referring to the center horn ring not being straight across when the wheels are straight or the colum being off center and tilted slightly at a angle from floor to driver.

If it is turned off center...it can be fixed at a reliable front end shop. Tell your dealer he is wrong.

TXiceman is right. It's just a matter of turning both tie rod ends, it won't change your toe. If it is out real far, pulling the wheel and repositioning should work, it worked on the "old" cars.

That's what I did. Your local auto parts store should have a compatible steering wheel puller for about $20. It took me about 15 minutes to correct it.

I agree with TXiceman, "tell your dealer he is wrong."

It needs a tie rod end adjustment . Its also part of a front end alignment
