Not familiar with your model year but my 2014 storm has the water tank filler on the passenger side to the right of the door. Mine is a small door which has the filler cap(unscrewable) behind it. Now to get at the fresh water tank drain I have to go to the driver side, second bay from the front, and inside about an arm's reach is the water tank and the fitting that allows one to drain the tank. The handle should be parallel to the pipe to drain and perpendicular to close the drain. Hopes this helps to find the stuff. Generally the drains for the water lines themselves should be back in the plumbing compartment. Of course "should" and "is" are two different things. Good Luck.

Tim, I was responding to Sleeper41 and even managed to misread part of what he was asking for. I thought he wanted "water filler" when he was looking for "water filter." My filter is in the wet bay where the pump and black and gray water dump valves are located. My city water connection is right above that hatch and is as inconvenient as yours.

I see that now, guess the page change got me.

Wonder if he found his drain valve? It takes a bit of a contortionist to get to it.

The Tank drain on my 2004 Terra is under the bed next to the pump, just a plastic ball valve. There are three other places to drain the lines.
1 water heater plug.
2 in the space below the refrigerator. have to unscrew a access panel.
3 behind an access panel in the the bedroom on the bathroom wall.

As far as a water filter we use an in line filter, where the city water hose connects to the coach.

I am back from Decatur and FW couldn't/wouldn't do anything about the stupidity of the door latching in a position to block access to City Water, SaniFlush, Cable and Shower except to agree that it was pretty stupid. Note on ticket says operating as designed. Guess it is up to me to come up with a modification.
