Yup, no problem contacting Fleetwood through their website. I have all my wiring and plumbing diagrams. They answer usually within 24hrs. Make sure you are putting in your email address correctly.

Contact Fleetwood

Same experience here also. We've dealt with Fleetwood for 17 years and have found them responsive to our requests for schematics, wiring, and other info. They are super nice when calling to schedule a service appointment. No problems here.

Make sure you don't have a firewall blocking them in your email.

Fleetwood response

I have also contacted them numerous times. They have always been prompt, responsive, and courteous. In fact, I wrote an e mail this last Sunday, and got the requested material on Tuesday via return email. I think they are awesome!!!

I haven't been to this thread in a while. Yes, they finally did contact me and provide me with (most of) the information I had requested.

They were exceedingly polite, professional, courteous and apologetic.

In fact they were so nice I was genuinely glad we had purchased a Fleetwood. The quality of the company as well as the product was very important to us.

So, again, they were eventually wonderful.

Fleetwod speaks

I emailed them last week to request some drawings and they provided what they had in just a few days.
