Success in contacting Fleetwood?
We have recently purchased a used 2007 Fleetwood Jamboree 26J. The motorhome is great but we have a few questions about its construction and we would like wiring schematics as well.
I have contacted Fleetwood's technical service department via the Fleetwood site:

However, after at least five emails over the course of sixty days, they have not replied.
Has anyone on this forum had successful communication with them? If so, what did you do to get a response?

I have contacted them thru emails, they responded quickly. Fleetwood sent all the plumbing and electrical plans for my 2007 Fleetwood Excursion, they also have a website you can download your build info. I have not used it yet.

I've had great success in contacting Fleetwood both through emails and phone calls. Very satisfied with them and the information they have provided to me. I probably cannot say enough good kudos about them. Plus my MH is a 1998!.

Exactly what all the above have said.. Rapid response by phone, quick replies by email answering all my questions and providing schematics I requested.

Make sure to check your junk folder to make sure the replies didn't get sent there. I had to add them under trusted contacts.

I had great success by phone, spoke to Bryan, regarding my questions. He even sent me PDF files with wiring, plumbing and Inverter wiring diagrams for our 2015 Bounder 35K. Will share if anyone needs them.

Fleetwood has been great to deal with, had a slider issue and we were stuck in AR at the time, contacted them and with in minutes we had wiring diagrams of what to do then when our unit went to the dealer for service they followed the repair.
I copy them on all issues if any are under warranty and they again contact dealer before I am even there for go aheads on work.
