Can anyone tell be if a 2006 Fleetwood Discovery is prewired for electric brakes? Will I need to install a brake controller? I know all the wires from the trailer plug do go to a fuse box by themselves. I think this is a frieghtliner item.

Call Freightliner support, they can provide you the location of the box that the trailer plug is tied to, tell you the color of each wire and how it is wired! I was amazed when I called them about one on a previous coach. Have your VIN # ready.

I have an '03 Excursion, manufactured in 11/02. FL told me my year was the last that was shipped NOT pre-wired for the controller. So, if your FL chassis is later than an '03, should be a pig tail strapped up high over the steering wheel under the dash.
