Transmission fluid change interval

I can't seem to locate the change interval and type oil for my '07 Bounder, or the filter replacement. Anyone help?

My 06 F-53 advises 30,000 mile service, tranny flush and remote filter change. I had it done at ford for a couple of hundred bucks.
