Just got our 98 PA back from body shop, the end piece of trim on the front sie is missing,, They sai coach is too ol to get the piece..is this true?

This is a Fleetwood Rep and I believe that one of Fleetwood's factorys is there to. It's in Decatur, Indiana. They have supplied what I needed for our 96 Pace Vision.
