I have a 1997 Bounder (Ford Chassis) with PowerGear manual levelers (OEM)

The pump runs, but the Driver's Side Rear Jack does not extend.
Everything else works fine.

Power Gear manual says "replace fuse in control box"
WHERE IS IT??
It doesn't appear to be near the control panel (left side of dashboard) and it doesn't appear to be near the power unit assembly (forward of right front wheel).

If it isn't the fuse, do you all have any other ideas??

The control panel and the control box are the same thing on the original '97 Bounder unit.

Each lead from a jack solenoid terminates in a fuse in the control box/panel. They don't look like fuses exactly. They plug in and can be pried out.

If the fuse is not bad, try swapping the solenoid leads with the two rear jacks and see which one still doesn't operate. It may be the solenoid.

Look under the hood on engine compartment and you'll see black box top right side that houses all the fuses. They should be all labeled look down right side of fuses and you should find one with jacks label

Louong is right on. Go through the steps he mentioned. If that does not fix it, it is in the control board. These boards are very expensive. (because you cant get them from anyone else) They are about five hundred dollars. To help some of my cash strapped customers, I placed a switch under the control panel,Ran 12 volts to it, then ran that wire to the ind. jack solonoid. To operate that jack, you will have to hold the switch closed while you are operating the panel. This is for both up and down.
