TV conection

Just bought a 2017 Fleetwood Bounder 35K, nice coach so far (only one trip) my concern is the Satellite Hook-up either HDMI (for HD TV box) or Coax Cable (for standard TV box) are all in the bedroom cabinet. I have asked Holiday World if they could move the cables into the living room to make the changing of channels a little more convenient...well they gave me BS and said they will contact Fleetwood....I am waiting. Anyone else with this and is there a way to change it?

Have you tried to change the channels with the remote on the front TV?
My connections are in the front and Once set up I can change the channels in the back with the remote.
I would re read page 110 and 111 of your owners manual on setting's. You may also need to adjust settings in the TV.
Let us know what you find.
Bill

We have our Hopper 3 and both Joeys in the bedroom compartment behind the TV. The remotes work fine as well as the Blue Tooth earphone connection. There are HDMI cables to all four TVs from the compartment.

We use a HDMI splitter from the Hopper 3 to drive the Mid TV and the Front TV so they have the same programming. The Joeys drive the Bedroom TV and External TV.

When I am using direct tv box I have to change channels through the box not tv. With antenna and park cable each tv is independent of the others so no problem. I just do not think I should have to got to the bedroom to change channels.

Congrats on your purchase John. May I suggest you check out this thread. Just about any recent Bounder issue or experience is mentioned here. It's a long read but I think that as a new Bounder owner it will help you with the coach.

So many different options for you. If it were me I wouldn't waste my time trying to change it. It also depends if you want one receiver/2 receivers/watch different channels on different TVs/IR repeaters/HDMI over Wifi or Ethernet/etc
Also, did you get the diagram with how the HDMI cables are actually laid out? Also the satellite feed from the roof?
I have everything in the BR and it works fine. Wally has an RF remote. I can be outside and change the channel.

Not that easy to do once the RV is finished, HOWEVER there is a "plan B"
https://www.amazon.com/s/?ie=UTF8&ke...l_939ap7z20i_e

The link is to an amazon search page
I/R Extenders come in a few different types One type has a receiver you put .. In this case. in the living room,. It goes between the Coax and the TV'

At the othe rend of the "living roon tv" coax (Between i8t and the splitter or switch) is the Transmitter nodule (Basically a Bias-T device) which you plug an I/R Blaster device into.. This goes where the Sat receiver can see it. .Now you can control the Sat from either room .

That is the simpliest solution. Do not know why factories do not offer it. Mine is from Radio Shack and currently NOT in use but then I do the same job.... Differently.
