Here's the best I can recall on the sequence of events:
FYI - Jeep toad lighting system is totally separate from Jeep lighting system, 4 pin flat connector runs to rear light enclosures to two separate two filament light bulbs for tail, signal and brake lights...no diode box or fuses of any kind.
Okay, first we checked all RV lights with seller (no Jeep toad hooked up yet)..all lights were working EXCEPT the curbside lower red marker light...thought that was no big deal.
Connected Jeep toad to RV, used round to flat adapter and wire section that I've used many times before to connect the tow hitch electrical outlet to the toad flat 4 wire plug.
Tested connection but only checked the turn signals, working on both the RV and toad. Never checked brake or tail lights on toad.
Drove 400 miles in daylight, at dusk stopped and checked toad lights, found both RV and toad had no tail lights. Started hazard flasher they worked on both RV and toad. Also, streetside lower red marker light now also not working.
Drove another ten miles, hazard flasher stopped working in RV, stopped and checked toad, found no hazard flashers, brake lights, tail lights, turn signals on either now.
Pulled into weigh station in darkness, started looking for fuse boxes, ultimately found both inside dash and outside engine compartment fuse boxes, checked appropriate fuses, all okay. Used spare fuses from outside engine compartment to replace suspect fuses, no change. Started examining inside dash fuses, pulled a couple and reinstalled, turn signals now working again on RV and toad.
Waited till morning, disconnected toad wiring from RV hitch adapter, left hazard flashers in toad vehicle on (running off toad battery), limped home with RV brake lights, turn signals operating and toad flashers operating.
Pulled lower red marker lights covers, no filament damage found.
RV Headlights, running lights (except lower red marker lights on rear L&R), brake lights and turn signals all working, no tail lights or hazard flashers.
I guess I need to troubleshoot RV lights, get them operating correctly, then re-introduce the toad lighting again and see what happens with that...phew...long winded sequence...any ideas?

Strange lighting problems seem always to involve bad ground connections somewhere. I'd make sure that all the places where ground wires connect to the frame are clean. Also, make sure the ground return from your toad is solid.
I also have my Jeep set up with extra bulbs and I ran a separate ground wire back to the MH without involving the Jeep ground at all.

With DriVer's help from the WH forum, we found the fuse burned out causing tail lights to not work, troubleshot the flasher modules from signals to hazard, flasher modules good...suspect hazard switch or snap on wiring connected to it.
Rear red marker lights were fixed, bad connections, loose bulb connections, both now work okay.
Jeep wiring tested, all okay.
Anyone know of any fuse(s) that protect the tow hitch electrical system/plug?

If the Bounder is like a Southwind, there are not separate fuses for connections to your Toad. The Toad bulbs are fused on the same circuit as the MH bulbs (brake-brake, TS-TS, tail-tail).

My local trailer wiring specialist got me up and running today, needed a trailer wiring kit...6 way round outlet on RV had no current when brakes applied to either of the brake/TS pins...not sure why.
Seller was using a tow dolly w/brakes, and his brake lights worked, but I think that power came from the brake pin in the six way plug.
My specialist said towing something like a standard boat trailer the way it was wired would also not had brake lights...whatever Fleetwood's reasoning, I'm running A-okay now.
Thanks all for contributing.

Well, got everthing taken care of today at Gallo GMC of Vineland, NJ, a WCC Service Center.
Had a 12000 mile service done before the specialist on flashers got in...got there at 10:00 am, started testing at 12:30, replaced switch and we tested everything by 2:00 pm.
Switch replaced under WCC warranty, 12000 mile service cost me $70.00!
Got the vehicle titled and registered w/plates in NJ, paid to our wonderful 7% sales tax coffers $3,500 (adjusted sales price down in my favor).
After the WCC service, tried to get thru inspection w/o insurance card, had policy sheet that was faxed to me to temp. title/tag in NC, and used for NJ title/registration, but of course the inspection facility needs the insurance card, so we failed only for that...typical NJ BS...
I will post on the WCC site about Gallo, thanks to all who made this happen, now no more problems!
Sitting in Winding River Campground in Mays Landing, may be heading to Atlantic City to play a little tonight...I deserve a break...but if I keep toasting here in the CG, maybe I'll stay put...
Weighing the RV tomorrow, adjusting tire pressures, just need alignment checked and I'm good to go...handled very well coning back from NC and tire wear is normal, so should be okay.

Hi GerryB54,
just wondering how your hazard flashers are working at this time, about a year since you had the switch replaced? We had one replaced in first year and with three more the same bad switch problem returned. This is a $500 retail part, although think there are internet vendors for much less.....still same switch problem. Frank and Jean Pycha in Arizona with 2002 Four Winds Infinity. They still flash, but haven't run them for any length of time.
Seems people are reporting that they fail after being on for thirty or so minutes, exactly when my switch failed...had them flashing going down the interstate because my toad lights were out that night...after about twenty or so miles they stopped flashing!
I was lucky, I was just under the Workhorse warranty time by about two weeks...repaired under warranty at no cost to me.
