Vac flush system

07 Bounder H35 removal and replacement below floor vacu flush system. Vacuum pump / generator, tank and hoses.
Location is passages side last two storage bins with minimum openings and impossible to do required maintenance. I found it necessary to cut a hole in the existing bedroom floor about a foot back from the bath door. I made the cut out as small as possible about a foot square. This allowed me to disconnect electricity and hoses. The screws holding the tank and pump in place were removed from the two access holes. Than I removed all equipment from the second Bay. This allowed for a complete cleaning of the compartment. I ordered all new equipment including the two hoses. I than purchased presure treated plywood and mounted new tank and motor. I installed the two new hoses and-than slid in the plywood mounted tank and pump. Worked great went inside and finished hookups and screwed the plywood to the existing floor. Repaired the bedroom floor with screws should I ever need to go back in for maintenance. This project cost for parts ran about $1,200. Hope this post will be helpful to those that need replace there equipment. Ken

Wow, what a project. Did you take any pics of the job? Was it terrifying cutting into the floor?
