Wall Paper

I have a wall paper problem, I just spotted it today. It has little hard bumbs under the wall paper, Has anyone else experenced this.?
Its on a 2003 Bounder.

The "wall paper problem" is (I suspect) actually a symptom of a larger and deeper problem.

Immediately above the "acne" is a window which is likely related as an entry point for the moisture that got behind the wallpaper.

You have water getting by the seal of your window outside or in the track for your windows.
If you can see sealant outside dried and missing thats a start to reseal. If its real bad will have to remove window frame clean everything up and place ribbon seal around window and re-tighten in window cutout.
