I have some warranty issues that need to be fixed, my question is will the dealer do them (is he capable of doing them), or will I have to go to the maker of the item requiring repair?

Such as:

- Slide covers need stitching.
- Refrig has a propane leak.
- Tail light is out.
- Slide gasket is ripped and missing.
- The Tracvision antenna does not "track."

The dealer should be able to handle anything related to the box. I've always taken our Bounder back to our dealer for systems or finish-work related issues. However, if it's a problem related to the chassis, then our dealer won't fix. I have to take to an authorized Ford (in our case) service center.

If it is an authorized dealer it should not be a problem what you have listed doesn't look hard.

He will likely have to subcontract some of the work (e.g. the stitching), but the dealer can organize all that and file the warranty paperwork with the RV manufacturer. Or he will simply replace rather than repair, which he can do himself.

The dealer where you bought it was certainly capable of taking your money. He or she better be able to handle any problem you have.

If they don't work on the particular item they better be able to do all the arrangements to have it repaired somewhere else.

If they can't help you then I'd like to see their dealer information posted on here.
