I have a 2005 Pace Arrow 37C. The water heater was working on propane but not on Electric. I was probing the wireing at the on off switche and shorted the wireing. Now neither will work. Can anyone tell me where the fuse for the water heater is located. The circuit braker under the Bath sink is not the one. This is a 12 volt fuse. any help would will appericated. Thanks

I am assuming that you have an Atwood water heater. I looked at my service manual and it does not show where the fuse is located. My dc fuse block is located next to the house ac breakers. The Fleetwood owners manual should show you where the dc fuse block is located in the coach.

You might try a multi tester and check them all.

Fuses may not be properly labeled, There is a tester for blade type fuses (and glass cartrigdge fuses) consisting of a couple LED's (or a bi-direcitonal LED) and a resistor and a holder, You press into the two holes on top of the fuse, or against the ends of a cartridge fuse and if it' lights.. Fuse bad.

Oh, where to get it.. Often included with the larger FUSE ASSORTMENT kits at your local automotive store or department.

Check them all. The water heater 12v is a very tiny power draw and no doubt just piggy-backed onto a general purpose 12v circuit.

I do not have the same coach but just as suggestion. My DC fuses are next to my inverter---I looked at my block diagram and do not see one for water heater---but you might check there just the same.

Hope you can find it---------------

Once I had a short that threw my battery disconnect fuse?????

I found it. It was under the bath room sink on the right wall in a small fuse panel. was a general purpose fuse 20 amp. everything good now with operating off propane. This fuse controled the electric spark for the water heater. Thanks everyone for your inputs.
