I have a leak in what seems to me to be a strange place. (Oh yes, I should tell you we are NEW to this!) When we hook up a water hose to the RV - and turn it on - up front right by the door where you go in - in the wheel well there is a metal line leaking. We have a washer/dryer combo - but the line is several feet in front of it. Does anyone know what this line is to/or for?

Also - there is basically no water pressure with just the pump on - like I would be scared to wash my hair - do others have this problem - or is it because this one is so old? Will being hooked directly to water change this?

I will stop there - I really have a hundred questions!

Thanks for all the help.

A little hard to pinpoint exactly where the particular leaking line goes to from underneath. If it only leaks when water is applied, and you are sure it is water, and not gas, or brake fluid or something like that, I would repair the line where it is leaking. (if the leak is visible from underneath) As to water pressure, you won't get the greatest water pressure in the world from the tank pump. You definatly won't get a shower massage from it. Your pressure should be better when connected to a water tap.

We have a 2008 Bounder that allowa water to puddle on the main slide roof. Whem it is slid back in the water is not scraped off and ends up on the driver's back or at the other end in the carpet. When visiting Fleetwood factory in Elkhart thet said this was a common compaint and they had no fix. The bedroom slide does not appear to have this problem. If it rains real hard it will leak during the rain. I have made some vinyl shields to attack to the end on the main slide awning to prevent rain from entering the area under the awning. Thus works but is a bit of a pain.

I was wondering is anyone had any luck with manufacturing and attaching squeege for to clean the main slide of water as it came in?
