There is a threaded adapter that screws into the faucet in the shower. It is called a d-spud. It has a check valve and a restrictor built in. (this is the part the hose connects to) There is a replacement d-spud, that is full flow. I always replaced this when my customers complained about the pressure in the shower.Coast connection has these. PN 21907.

I want to thank everryone who responded. All of your info was greatly appreciated.
The issue turned out to be a combination of the park pressure at the spigot (which they corrected) being around 10 psi when it should have been 44 psi and the whole house filter being clogged. I took the filter out and low and behold.....strong water pressure! Now I have to order some replacement cartidges and we'll be in business.
My wife took a shower in the coach this morning and was very pleased.
Thanks again.
Dave
