Not a problem, but an observation.
Actually it started as a problem. We store our 38N at an off site storage location. Being exactly halfway between the last and the next camping trip, we stopped by and picked up the camper last night. We brought it home and plugged it in but as I started it last night, the water pump came on. None of the 5 assorted switches that normally turn the pump on would shut it off.
When we got it home, I finally unplugged a wire from the pump to shut it down. This morning, I did some research on the 'net and looked at many places in the Bounder for the latching relay for the pump. I finally found the Intellitec 00-00145-100 relay in the same outside bin as the pump.

I attempted to remove the relay from the wall of the bin and it snapped off the wall and about a tablespoon of water spilled out of it. I left it hanging in the bin with the door open and let it dry.
After a couple of hours, I plugged everything back in and the pump didn't come back on. Success!!!
The water was most likely condensation, as there is no way that relay could have gotten wet from any other reason. As my handle says, I do heating and air conditioning. I deal with control boards that can be subject to extremely humid conditions. The Intellitec board was not coated with any kind of sealant or varnish to help prevent this.
We live northwest of Atlanta in the suburbs. We have had a warmer than normal and considerable wetter than normal winter this year. I feel this was a big part of the problem.
I hope this helps other people with similar problems.
