Are you getting water out of the faucets? The pump is suppose to build up pressure and then shut off. Once you open a valve then the pump should come back on and keep the water flowing. Once you close the valve the pump will build to a certain pressure and then shut off again.

Likely the switch latching controller. Fairly common failure item.

I had an issue with the Anderson valve (the 4 way valve) on my '16 Bounder. Seems the "O" rings have a tendency to slip off/break apart or ???, either way water will by pass the intended position. I replaced the valve and no more problem. I had always found the water pump run as in water being on-when all faucets were off....the ultimate diagnosis happened when the fresh water tank overflowed w/o the valve being turned for that purpose. Replaced the valve and no more overflow AND the water pump runs like it ought to. Hope this helps.......

I had a problem with the loud noise. I would take the wire connector to the pump and add 12v battery to it and see if it works then. At least you would know if it was the motor.
