What is this?

I recently took off the inside vents and wooden cover from the the converter and furnace areas in my Southwind 32V. I found the normal "stuff" but am not sure what the black plastic box is. It has a number of yellow 12AWG Romex cables entering it. Perhaps it is a relay box or part of the energy management system or the transfer switch.

I also found 2 unused duplex 120 volt receptacles that don't show on the schematics from Fleetwood.

Anybody know that these devices are?
