Can you start your rig up and have your hot water tank and frig on?
Be careful it may be hot. If so, it may be an exhaust opening for either.

Have fun and keep her between the lines.

that is a good question! I was just about to ask that myself because I saw two of them on the roof ot our new/old class A. I hope someone can tell us both.
