My last trip it rained, I needed boot scrapers. where you live that might be a higher priority. My only complaint of the old bounders is the lack of room in the bathroom. I am working on that too.
The RV is in California right now, but once grandpa passes, it'll be coming back to Oregon with us, so boot scrapers sound like a great idea.

There are a couple of weakness in the front end. The left bell crank was poor when new. The air bags in the front springs have a high failure rate.
Robert Henderson @ Henderson's Line-Up Brake & RV Inc. has remedies for those problems. He is the guru of the P30/32 chassis.

I wish you the best. I am just fixing what breaks on the 97 Bounder we just bought and getting ready for our 1st trip. I got a coolant overflow reservoir and CB-115 circuit board for the battery control center from https://rvparts.argrv.com. Patience is your best friend.

Check all of your running lights, turn signals, brake lights and such. Have the wife check the interior lamps and faucets. I had a shop check out my LP gas system, water pump,, toilet and tanks.
