No, not the one on the wall, it's the brains of the AC system and heating system. Where's it located on an 03 Southwind 32VS? I was told it was below the refrigerator, but not there.

Usually there is a vented door covering it, mine is a 98, so I don't kow if they changed it for 2003. Should be below the refrigerator though. The door hinges downward to acess it.

On my 2004 Pacearrow 37C the AC control is under the bathroom sink. I found it when I was doing some electric work and removed the main electric panel from the bottom of the sink cabinet and the AC control was mounted on the floor behind it. I don't know where your main electric panel is, but I would look behind it. Four screws and it pulls out as far as your wires will let it, my panel came out about 10 inches.

My '04 Pace Arrow 36B is located behind one of the pull out drawers in the bedroom, it's mounted on the wall right at floor level.
