Which AC do I have?

I have a 05 Fleetwood Excursion 39. I'm away from my coach and need to get the manufacure of the AC units so I can pick up a Hard Start Capacitor.

Front AC hard start went out last Sunday and repair shop cannot get me in for a cop of weeks and we have a trip planned this weekend. Unfortunatly the rear air is not able to keep up with 100 temp. I can pick up a capcitor and replace myself if I can figure out which one I need.

Thanks for any help, this forum has been very helpful in the past!

It's actually the FID ( Fleetwood identification # ) that they need. I always had #'s like that in my phone for times like these. Hope someone here can assist.

Most Fleetwoods hav RVP (Coleman) units. Mine are model 8534D8796 heat pumps. The compressor start capacitor is 88-108 MFD @ 370 volts
The compressor run capacitor is 30 MFD @370 volts
The fan capacitor is 7.5 MFD @ 370 volts.
If you find your model number to be different, then I wasn't much help

I feel your pain. 2 weeks ago, the front AC, on my '05 Fleetwood Prov. started giving me trouble. I removed the shroud and found that one of my capacitors was fried. I located a capacitor, from a local, electric motor shop and replaced the damaged one. The AC worked good, for about 3 minutes and then the new capacitor started smoking! So, I shut it down and made some calls to an AC service company. The end result was that, since my Rig is almost 10 years old, I would be wasting money to continue trying to get the AC going. So.....I called Lazy Days, in Tampa and now they have me scheduled for a new AC installation, next week. I'm actually, looking forward to it, since the new one should give me another 8 to 10 years, trouble & worry-free service.
