I am getting ready for winter and cant find a way to suck up antifreeze. it appears the water pump is tucked way up inside the slide> does anyone reccomend putting anti freeze in fresh water tank to do this? Am I missing something easy and obvious? Please help!

I had a valved tee (from an old water heater bypass kit I think) that I placed in line just before the water pump intake (from the water tank)...it had a standard hose connection on the tee end, I close the valve and when activating the water pump it pulls antifreeze in from the bottle thru the standard hose connection...when done, remove the hose and open the valve again.

Does this help?

Any way you can add something like this? I never want to put antifreeze in my fresh water tank...PITA to get it all out.

Don't forget to bypass your water heater (and drain) and bypass your ice maker if you have one. I remove the ice maker solenoid completely.

Also, at a minimum remove your whole house water filter media if you have one. Some have bypasses also built in.
