I see a pipe coming out of the pump into a 'T'. One leg of that 'T' has a valve on it (currently closed), and the other leg goes somewhere else. I imagine the leg with the closed valve might have a flexible tube on the end of it. This would be your antifreeze pickup tube. The other leg should have a valve on it too (most likely open) and it should go to your fresh water holding tank. You'll want to ensure it is closed before pumping antifreeze into the system.
Of course, it could be the other way around. I would expect the lower of the two lines to go to the water tank, and the higher one to end up with a flexible tube on it. You're just going to have to take a look at it to know for sure.

On mine, my water heater bypass valve is under the bed in the back of the motorhome. I have a 92 pace arrow. I also installed the antifreezer bypass valve and used it a few days ago.

Take the draw out of your vanity and you will see the top of the water heater. Next to the cabinet face on the right side is a valve! The bypass valve for the water heater..

At the water bay next to the white wire tie you can take the gray tubing loose an ad a piece of tubing that would reach to your antifreeze bottle....

The switch is one of the switches you can use to turn on the water pump while in the bath room. My hot water by pass is under the drawer and over top the hot water heater!

Is it possible that the by pass valve is under the vanity area?

The sprayer is for flushing the toilet..

Ok now that you have succeeded in getting the pink stuff flowing I feel compelled as the owner of a very similar rig to mention things that can go wrong!

You must make sure every orifice in your rig has pink stuff coming out of it. Things I have forgotten about are the sprayer you mentioned by the toilet, the water filter valve at the kitchen sink, the outside shower in the water bay, also open the two flat down valves in the bottom of the water bay next to the pump and finally you need to have pink coming back out the city water filler!

The city water filler is a problem, I poked back the on way valve to get the pink to come out here and it messed up the valve. So rather than replace it only to damage it next year I put a cap on mine. Maybe this thread will offer some better fix for this section of the water system to be winterized. All I was offered was to blow out the water system from this point of entry, then do the pink stuff and forget this section.
