Wire Access in Floor

Wires run in my Bounder 39Z from the Power Center/Breaker/Fuse Panel located in the hall cabinet thru a chase in the floor behind the cabinet.

The chase is against the outer wall and appears to be above the rear wheel well. No compartment lies directly below the chase.

How do I access the chase and wires from under the coach?

IIRC on my 39Z, I'm thinking remove the hall closet floor for access.
