Premiere Steer?

How does "Premiere Steer" on the Foretravel work compared to Newmar's "Comfort Drive?" Does the Premiere steer automatically compensate for crosswinds and crowns on the road, or do you do it manually with a knob? Thanks!

Premier steer is identical to newmars comfort drive system, on both it is a TRW column drive system that marketed by individual rv manufacturers with different names. You will have a knob on your dash to adjust from zero up to ten. Most find a single setting that they like that you will use 99% of the time and only when the situation changes dramatically such as a very strong cross wind will you adjust. My personal opinion was that it was just a point that newmar hyped and all that had it said it was great and all that didn't said it was just hype. Now that I have it, I too think it's great. Wouldn't want a coach without it.

I believe Newmar introduced comfort steer in 07 on their MA.
When did Foretravel introduce premier steer?
