WE have her home
After A two year hiatus, our coach has returned home. She runs so quietly and has a ton of power. Bernd at Wordline motors in Nacogdoches did a superb job. Yes, it took more time than either we or he thought it would, but it was not an easy job of figuring out how each problem kept leading into something new.
Bernd stuck in there and solved each one. We couldn't be more pleased with his results on the engine.
Since we got home, we have solved a major leak in the bedroom, but not until it had saturated a pair of folded bath towels, multiple pillows, the comforter, the sheets ,the mattress topper and the matress.
Funny how much water can run under the slider bladder during a rain storm that dumps between 5-6 inches. All because there was dirt and pollen on the slide top and it had created a breach.
We also think that the Firefly Spyder problem is fixed. Our Super RV tech, Jason of Jason's Mobile RV service in Whitney Tx has run the problem down to a BEP motorized battery switch. After a conference call with Aubrey, who works for Motor Homes of Texas, we all agreed that the switch needed to be replaced. Guess there's a weak one in every batch. So with a bit of luck, we will be taking what seems like a maiden voyage in the near future.
