I have a Yellowstone 29FBW 5th wheel. Does anyone have the wiring schematics for the 12V system?
The 12V feed to the refrigerator has gone to ground and is blowing the 20A fuse. It is in the wire or something other than the refrigerator I have it running with a jumper wire off the 20A fuse block.
There is a dual wire connector at the spade terminal on the refer control box, one wire comes from the fuse panel in the rear of the trailer and one comes from some place else. I know the wire from the panel feeds the fantastic fan in the living room plus the porch and step lights. I will be disconnecting those one at a time tomorrow.
Any other good suggestions?
Larry

I would recommend removing any bulbs in the circuit first and recheck. You may want to get a 20 amp auto reset circuit breaker for testing this. If you find the bulbs not to be the problem, then you will need to move on to each fixture. If you still do not find a problem by removing these, it will be in the wiring circuit itself and finding the exact spot could be very time consuming. You may want to consider isolating the wire run and rewire that section. Hopefully you will find it easily in a bulb or fixture. By the way what year is the coach?

It's a 2005
I think it is probably the step light. I found out after I posted last night that Linda had turned on the outside lights sooo it is hopefully a ground in one of the fixtures.
The auto reset breaker is a good idea it will save a bunch on fuses
