We sure have gone into the deep freeze in northern minnesota. We can't leave for Florida until December 28th. I hope it warms up a little by then so when I get the Scenic Cruiser started I can heat it up with the furnace. It could be a cold ride for the first day or two.

firemanmn, why not safely use a space heater and even with generator it can be powered while under way in conjunction with the furnace could help bring the temperature up to comfort.

RV Wizard, Thats a great idea, I usually leave before this time of year so its all new to me. I could probably use up to two 1500 watt space heaters on the generator along with the furnace. What do you think?

AS long as they are in a safe area and will not move during travel and nothing can fall onto them you should be ok. If someone is traveling with you have them check on them from time to time. Good luck and keep us posted. By the way, what year is your Scenic Cruiser?
