1992 Gulfstream Sunstream Series M-8322-2000 Diesel 60,000 miles.
Newbie here, the above is my current candidate for a first MH. I am handy with a wrench, do all vehicle & house maintenance & repair. Looking for a low price entry level, want diesel pusher. This one looks like it will fit the bill. Known issues are a couple jacks don't work, dash air, electric step inop. don't know age of tires, but at this price, I figure on a new set. Also plan on doing a brake job, probably including all rubber lines, flush & change all fluids, & replace belts & hoses. Ran VIN on carfax, looks ok, mileage seems in order.
I know there will be some issues with a coach aproaching 25 years old, but want to try it out a bit, just local trips to start with. If we get real into it, may upgrade down the road, if not can bail without a huge investment.
Anyone have similar?
Thoughts?
Thanks in Advance
Dave

What chassis is it on? Some of the old John Deere or Gillig chassis might be hard to get parts for since they have not been produced for many years.

We have a 1994 Gulfstream Diesel pusher on a Spartan and have not had any trouble getting parts. Just replaced all the brake pads and recieved them in less than a week. Good people to deal with

Agree, Spartan chassis is good and as long as it has been maintained you should have minimal issues.

Did not get it😈
It was 600 miles away, was 1/2 way there last week, learned it was sold day before. Could not fuss, had not put deposit on it.
10 miles from being back home, got message he did not take it
Went on Vacation this week, was staying 200 miles closer, was going to make another attempt, called & told it sold last Saturday.😈
The search continues....

Hey, also newbie here looking at purchasing this exact model. Did you ever get this model? If yes, how has it treated you? If not, why not?
I found one but it seems a little overpriced at 12,500 USD.
