1999 Gulf Stream Scenic Cruiser heated water bays
I recently purchased a very nice 99 GS Scenic Cruiser. It says it has heated water bays and holding tanks. My question is, how are they heated? Is it a duct from the propane furnace?

You are correct in that the tank and water bay is heated from ductwork from the furnace.
