First 3 a are the wires in the back bumper last one is by the steering column attached to a trailer brake

Most 7 wire receptacles will have a wiring diagram as to which terminal is which or you can Google it up. There is not a plug in type connection for the brake controllers just the wiring it will connect to. The four wires you have now are the turn, run and brake lights for what was towed behind the motorhome in the past. You should be able to find the brake controller and a charge line that will be added to the 7 wire receptacle by use of a test light or volt meter. Good luck and keep us posted.
