We own, very happily a Trio on the C40K chassis...Alot of systems, a/c, fridge, gen, etc. are common to many MH's. We believe the quality of our GS is very good. Have we had issues with certain systems? Yes. But you'll run into problems with 99.8% of all MH's 
IMO. So if you love the floorplan, the size and price fit your needs, you can afford it...Then go for it...But if you buy from a dealer get all your promised items they will fix in writting.
