The caps that Bob has shown, LINKS , are not for flushing the tanks , but for draining a grey tank into a garden hose , are you looking to introduce , water pressure to clear a plugged valve or line from the valve to the tank , you need one of these.

Otherwise , with the caps in the links, water pressure in has no way out .
The flush attachments are available at any RV parts supply.

OK then , missed that in your first post .

Do you have a sewer hose adapter that works on the 3 1/2 " ?
What year is this RV?

Probably to limit supply and control the price.

EDIT: Could you post a picture of your set up , it might be that cutting the plastic pipe and gluing on an end that would be for the standard 3" cap, would be the best fix.

If there is an inch of straight pipe behind the existing connector , you may get away with one cut.
I saw a number of glue on connections, that used 3" caps while I was looking for the 3 1/2 " cap.

Go to This site and check out their sewer connection/fittings section.

RV/Trailer, repair parts, then to plumbing
